What are the delivery charges for orders?

Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery destination as well as the size and weight of the item. 
All parcels will require a signature on delivery, should no-one be available to sign for the delivery, a card for collection will be left. Your shipping charges will be calculated at check out and we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.

We only ship within NZ. We unfortunately don’t deliver to P.O Boxes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments via Pay Pal.

How long will delivery take?

We send items within 3 business days of payment being received. Delivery can take up to 3 working days to arrive, if your address is rural please allow for an additional couple of days.

Where is my order?

We will have supplied a tracking reference to you when your order was dispatched so your item can be tracked. If you have any issues please contact us via the contact form or email us on hello@sedge.co.nz

My order is damaged, what do I do?

Email us on hello@sedge.co.nz with your details, order reference and photo of the damaged item.

The item I ordered says 'pre-order', what does that mean?

It means the item is sold out but as soon as it is back in stock it will be dispatched to you!
